Job Summary
To support operational excellence, the full-time remote Support Analyst II will troubleshoot issues with the Warehouse Management System (WMS), manage configurations, support cloud solutions, and monitor SQL performance.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot business and operational issues related to the Warehouse Management System and ancillary software
- Manage WMS environments and oversee the migration of configurations between environments
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, troubleshooting steps, and support processes
Required qualifications
- BS/BA in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent; 5+ years of technical customer support experience
- 3+ years of experience with SQL/Oracle
- Hands-on experience with Linux systems
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure, OCI, Google Cloud)
- Experience in software development is an advantage
