Job Summary
A company is looking for a L1 EUX Associate Engineer to provide technical support to Managed Services clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve problems reported to the service desk via phone or web tickets
- Provide timely communication on ticket status and resolution
- Update and maintain Help Desk documentation and knowledgebase articles
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Service Desk experience
- Experience with Windows Operating systems and MS Office applications
- Basic knowledge of network technologies and VPN clients
- Understanding of security principles and best practices
- Experience with mobile device support and troubleshooting
