Job Summary

A company is looking for a L1 EUX Associate Engineer to provide technical support to Managed Services clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve problems reported to the service desk via phone or web tickets
  • Provide timely communication on ticket status and resolution
  • Update and maintain Help Desk documentation and knowledgebase articles

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of Service Desk experience
  • Experience with Windows Operating systems and MS Office applications
  • Basic knowledge of network technologies and VPN clients
  • Understanding of security principles and best practices
  • Experience with mobile device support and troubleshooting
