Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer to manage and coordinate recovery efforts for events impacting production processes and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients and management regarding production events, escalating issues as needed
- Monitor support ticket queues and troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Document and improve production support processes and participate in disaster recovery planning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in supporting enterprise-level applications in multi-node environments
- Strong experience with SQL, Oracle, PL/SQL, and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash
- Knowledge of application architectures and workflows
- Familiarity with medical claims processing is a plus
