Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer to manage and coordinate recovery efforts for events impacting production processes and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients and management regarding production events, escalating issues as needed
  • Monitor support ticket queues and troubleshoot technical issues independently
  • Document and improve production support processes and participate in disaster recovery planning

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in supporting enterprise-level applications in multi-node environments
  • Strong experience with SQL, Oracle, PL/SQL, and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash
  • Knowledge of application architectures and workflows
  • Familiarity with medical claims processing is a plus
