Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Software Engineer (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Triage development issues reported by customers and internal users
- Debug technical product issues across the stack and build internal tools for faster issue resolution
- Analyze support tickets to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with teams to implement solutions
Required Qualifications
- Full stack development experience with PHP, Javascript, React, Typescript, AWS, MongoDB, and NodeJS
- Ability to write idiomatic code and adhere to best practices
- Experience troubleshooting and understanding existing code bases
- Ability to work autonomously and drive projects from start to finish
- Experience collaborating with external developers on integrations
