Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Software Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage development issues reported by customers and internal users
  • Debug technical product issues across the stack and build internal tools for faster issue resolution
  • Analyze support tickets to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with teams to implement solutions

Required Qualifications
  • Full stack development experience with PHP, Javascript, React, Typescript, AWS, MongoDB, and NodeJS
  • Ability to write idiomatic code and adhere to best practices
  • Experience troubleshooting and understanding existing code bases
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive projects from start to finish
  • Experience collaborating with external developers on integrations
