Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Specialist to provide assistance in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Support users on AMS360 and ancillary products post-conversion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality control and consistency
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding AMS360 users and provide advanced training as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry or software
- At least 3 years of experience using AMS360 agency management software
- Experience in implementing PL Rating, Insurlink, and Work Smart is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
