Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist to provide assistance in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support users on AMS360 and ancillary products post-conversion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality control and consistency
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding AMS360 users and provide advanced training as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry or software
  • At least 3 years of experience using AMS360 agency management software
  • Experience in implementing PL Rating, Insurlink, and Work Smart is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
