Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist responsible for assisting primary care/case managers with non-clinical activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach to newly enrolled members regarding services and equipment
  • Manage and document calls to members and providers about authorizations and service requests
  • Complete onboarding assessments and escalate issues requiring clinical attention

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience with effective verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
