- Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone during business hours
- Providing first-touch resolution to customer issues and escalating as necessary
- Maintaining product expertise and contributing to support resources
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of related customer support experience
- Experience with technologies such as Salesforce, Intercom, and JIRA
- General understanding of the Real Estate industry preferred
- 4-year degree preferred
- Adaptable to change and able to quickly learn new tools and technologies
