Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist I - Tier 1.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone during business hours
  • Providing first-touch resolution to customer issues and escalating as necessary
  • Maintaining product expertise and contributing to support resources

Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of related customer support experience
  • Experience with technologies such as Salesforce, Intercom, and JIRA
  • General understanding of the Real Estate industry preferred
  • 4-year degree preferred
  • Adaptable to change and able to quickly learn new tools and technologies
