Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advisor, Supporter Engagement and Fundraising.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee strategies for mass market supporter retention and fundraising programs, primarily through direct mail
• Lead the execution of direct response marketing campaigns and streamline processes to maximize fundraising effectiveness
• Monitor budget and key performance metrics, providing recommendations for campaign strategies based on analysis

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience, plus at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience in direct mail and fundraising
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
• Experience working in a cross-cultural environment
