Job Summary

Conducting beneficiary surveys remotely, the full-time Survey Interviewer will utilize CATI and web-based platforms to ensure accurate data collection while addressing respondent inquiries professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct beneficiary surveys using CATI and web-based platforms
• Ensure accurate and reliable data collection
• Address respondent inquiries while adhering to approved scripts and quality standards

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in survey administration, call center operations, or a related field
• Familiarity with healthcare or government-sponsored survey programs preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
