- Answer inbound calls in a timely manner

Qualifications/Experience
- Full fluency in both English and Sylheti and Bengali
- Technology proficient with web-based platforms and Microsoft Word
- Access to a landline phone for sound quality
- Quiet and secure interpreting space free from outside noises
- 2+ years of professional interpreting experience preferred
