Job Summary
A company is looking for a Systems Analyst to support implementation projects for AbsenceSoft software.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on AbsenceSoft software and its capabilities
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver implementation projects for clients
- Administer AbsenceSoft software, including configuration, data integration, testing, and user access management
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a business or systems analyst, preferably with SaaS systems like AbsenceSoft or Workday Absence
- Hands-on experience with SaaS platform configuration and data mapping
- Experience in system integration
- Undergraduate degree
- Strong understanding of HR or Leave processes and best practices
