Systems Engineering Specialist

Job Summary

To support advanced nuclear energy projects, the contract Systems and Requirements Management Engineer will work remotely to develop and maintain systems engineering procedures, manage requirements, and facilitate engineering process improvements across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain systems engineering procedures, plans, and supporting documentation
• Collaborate with engineering teams to manage, trace, verify, and validate requirements for systems and components
• Support the implementation of systems engineering methodologies and advocate for process improvements across projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering or requirements management
• Experience with configuration management principles and process improvement methodologies
• Strong technical writing and communication skills
• Experience working under quality programs such as ASME NQA-1 or ISO 9001
