Systems Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Reliability Engineer responsible for supporting exchange platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for exchange platforms, including on-call incident response
• Isolate and resolve system outages while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Document actions for repeatable processes and enhance monitoring and alerting

Required Qualifications

• Good understanding of Linux and Linux Shell
• Mid to advanced Linux administration and scripting skills, particularly in Bash
• Proficiency in a configuration management tool (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
• Experience with monitoring tools and incident tracking systems
• 1-3 years of experience in an operations support role with incident response experience
