Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Reliability Engineer to support its exchange platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support for exchange platforms, including incident response and triaging issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance platform availability and improve operational processes
Document actions to create repeatable processes and enhance monitoring and alerting systems

Required Qualifications

Good understanding of Linux and Linux Shell
Mid to advanced Linux administration and scripting skills, particularly in Bash
Proficiency in a configuration management tool (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
Experience with monitoring tools and incident tracking systems
1-3 years of experience in an operations support role with incident response experience
