Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Support Engineer to join their B2B support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support via phone, email, and online requests
  • Assist customers with the installation and deployment of software products
  • Track and monitor support cases to ensure timely resolution and escalate critical issues as needed

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Management and System Administration
  • Hands-on experience with Mac OS X, Windows, and Linux administration
  • Experience with Single Sign On (SSO) environments and Active Directory configuration
  • Advanced knowledge of Firewalls, DNS Servers, and Authentication protocols
  • Working knowledge of Python and Linux Shell/PowerShell
