Job Summary
A company is looking for a Systems Support Engineer to join their B2B support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support via phone, email, and online requests
- Assist customers with the installation and deployment of software products
- Track and monitor support cases to ensure timely resolution and escalate critical issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT Management and System Administration
- Hands-on experience with Mac OS X, Windows, and Linux administration
- Experience with Single Sign On (SSO) environments and Active Directory configuration
- Advanced knowledge of Firewalls, DNS Servers, and Authentication protocols
- Working knowledge of Python and Linux Shell/PowerShell
