Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across different time zones
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Proactively source candidates using various platforms to strengthen the candidate pipeline
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sourcing or coordinating experience, preferably with technical teams
- Hands-on experience with multiple sourcing strategies
- Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple job requisitions
- A team player willing to collaborate with others to achieve goals
