Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the recruitment function and enhance the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews across multiple time zones
  • Ensure proper ATS hygiene and manage job postings

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years in a Coordinator position, preferably in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Recruiting
  • Proficiency with Google Suite
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Ability to handle complex details with sensitivity and confidentiality
  • Must be based in the Eastern Time Zone
