Job Summary

As our Talent Acquisition Manager you will own a critical piece of our growing business. You'll be responsible for staffing a variety of positions across three organizations with talent from around the globe. You will work closely with senior management in each division to develop forward-looking staffing strategies that support rapid growth. You will work side-by-side with your Recruitment team to identify and attract talent, screen potential candidates, and assess their potential for success.

Achieve Test Prep, Smarter With Achieve, and We Are Working are three separate fully remote organizations that operate under shared ownership. Our Talent Acquisition Manager will head up recruitment for all three.

Responsibilities:

-Develop, launch and continually optimize a strategic staffing plan for the organization
-Create custom staffing solutions for unique situations such as potential growth opportunities for the company
-Deploy forecasting, reporting and analytics rigor to track key recruiting and sourcing metrics and measure progress
-Recruit talent. While you'll have a team of recruiters by your side, you'll roll up your sleeves and recruit alongside them.
-Own the technology stack for job postings, applicant tracking, and recruitment metrics
-Develop and continually streamline thorough processes for your team and for other teams to follow as they interact with you
-Partner with leaders in each division and assume an active role in their planning and goal setting
-Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience

Desired Skills and Experience:

-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting
-Proven experience in creating and leading talent acquisition strategies
-Track record of recruiting qualified, retainable candidates
-Experience with a broad range of online recruiting tools and resources
-Knowledge of typical compensation by job or various geographic locations
-Experience recruiting and hiring outside of the US
