Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
  • Collaborate with proposal teams to understand staffing requirements and timelines
  • Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Experience with incumbent capture strategies for large proposals
  • Ability to maintain a comprehensive staffing tracker
  • Experience leveraging social media and professional networks for recruitment
