Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support its growing Midwest Area team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and job descriptions
- Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture while proactively sourcing top industry talent
- Conduct preliminary interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in A/E/C recruitment is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruitment
- Extensive understanding of HR databases and applicant tracking systems
- Knowledge of federal compliance laws related to recruitment and HR
- Demonstrated ability to proactively source talent through various methods
