Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support its growing Midwest Area team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and job descriptions
  • Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture while proactively sourcing top industry talent
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in A/E/C recruitment is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruitment
  • Extensive understanding of HR databases and applicant tracking systems
  • Knowledge of federal compliance laws related to recruitment and HR
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively source talent through various methods
