Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the recruitment process for all roles within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System to maintain candidate information and data integrity
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4-7 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in sales recruiting
- Healthcare industry recruiting experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment
