Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the recruitment process for all roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System to maintain candidate information and data integrity

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 4-7 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in sales recruiting
  • Healthcare industry recruiting experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment
