Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting life cycle for open positions
- Create and implement strategies to attract and hire top-quality talent
- Maintain ongoing pipelines of qualified candidates for key job families
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Experience in healthcare services and pharmacy industry job families preferred
- HRCI/SHRM Certification preferred
