Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruiting life cycle for open positions
  • Create and implement strategies to attract and hire top-quality talent
  • Maintain ongoing pipelines of qualified candidates for key job families

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience in healthcare services and pharmacy industry job families preferred
  • HRCI/SHRM Certification preferred
