Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field, or eight years of equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in talent management or onboarding, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proven success in a hyper-growth technology environment or similar high-performance culture
• Experience designing and implementing effective onboarding and retention programs
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives
