Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Talent to shape their talent strategy during a period of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive onboarding programs to enhance new hire productivity
- Develop and implement strategies to foster a high-performance culture and improve talent retention
- Create scalable onboarding processes and collaborate on talent development initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field, or eight years of equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in talent management or onboarding, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven success in a hyper-growth technology environment or similar high-performance culture
- Experience designing and implementing effective onboarding and retention programs
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives
