Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Management Principal to oversee key talent areas and foster employee growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement performance and career development systems
- Lead succession planning programs and talent review processes
- Coach and train leaders in talent management best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 8 years of progressive HR Business Partnering experience
- 2 or more years in a Talent Management role
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Experience using Workday system preferred
