Key Responsibilities

Design and implement performance and career development systems
Lead succession planning programs and talent review processes
Coach and train leaders in talent management best practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
8 years of progressive HR Business Partnering experience
2 or more years in a Talent Management role
Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
Experience using Workday system preferred
