Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Management Principal to oversee key talent areas and foster employee growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement performance and career development systems
  • Lead succession planning programs and talent review processes
  • Coach and train leaders in talent management best practices

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 8 years of progressive HR Business Partnering experience
  • 2 or more years in a Talent Management role
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Experience using Workday system preferred
