Talent Practices Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Practices Analyst - DEI to support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through data analysis and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze DEI data to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards displaying key DEI metrics
- Develop and implement actionable plans to address DEI talent practices challenges
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HR analytics or a related field
- Strong knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and practices
- Proficient in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
- Experience with HR management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Knowledge of qualitative research methods
