TBM Strategy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a TBM Strategy & Planning Manager to support strategy formulation and financial planning for the IT Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with IT leaders to promote dialogue on IT strategy and provide necessary analytics and insights
• Support alignment of IT strategies with multi-year forecasts for operating and capital investments
• Lead business case development and perform data-driven analysis to support IT strategy and roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, computer science, economics, business analytics, or operations research; MBA preferred
• At least 7 years of experience in finance, strategy, or management consulting, preferably in a technology-driven company
• Experience in IT financial management and supporting IT strategy development, especially in Agile/DevOps practices
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization software preferred
• Professional certification preferred: CSCA, FP&A, Balanced Scorecard, CTBME, ITIL, IT4IT, FinOps
