Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time TeachAustin Coach in Austin, Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute a comprehensive coaching strategy to support teacher retention and effectiveness
• Develop a caseload of teachers through responsive coaching, training, and modeling
• Facilitate trainings and provide feedback on lessons and assessments aligned with standards

Required Qualifications

• Must hold a teacher's certification
• At least two years of teaching experience, preferably in a high-need school
• Expertise in supporting multilingual learners and/or dual-language models
• Strong familiarity with the TEKS (Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills)
• Spanish bilingual abilities are preferred
