Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Lead and Trainer to support their newly awarded customer contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides technical support for computers and associated networks, including installation and troubleshooting
- Instructs users in the use of personal computers and networks, developing training materials and procedures
- Maintains records of data communication transactions and trouble logs, and investigates user needs for recommendations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience or commensurate experience
- Must have an active HUD Public Trust clearance
- Experience in installing, servicing, and repairing personal computers and network equipment
- Ability to develop training materials and conduct user training
- Familiarity with maintaining network diagrams and circuit records
