Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Lead Chart & Medical Record Reviewer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structured reviews of medical data and generation of reports summarizing clinical findings
- Ensure adherence to patient and customer excellence pillars
- Act as a bridge between management and the team across leadership, performance monitoring, reporting, and quality assurance
Required Qualifications:
- At least 6 months in a leadership or managerial role
- Medical Chart Review Experience
- Detail and action-oriented with a strong commitment to achieving goals
- Ability to adapt and learn new tools and technologies quickly
