Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Tax Services - Treasury and Technical.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and onboard associates in handling complex customer service issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure service efficiency and quality
- Research and resolve escalated client issues professionally and promptly
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 3+ years of HCM software, payroll tax, or related experience preferred
- Subject matter expertise in tax systems and processes
- Experience with SalesForce.com and/or customer management software preferred
