Job Summary
To support the Central Labs Services team, the full-time remote Team Supervisor, Global Client Delivery will manage day-to-day operations of Study Design Leads, ensuring effective resource allocation, team performance, and adherence to quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of assigned teams to achieve project goals and maintain resource balance
- Develop team members through performance evaluations, objective setting, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Ensure customer commitments are met by applying best practices in project management and maintaining proactive client communication
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 or more years of experience in clinical research in a client-facing role
- 1 or more years of experience in Central Laboratory Services
- Demonstrated advanced customer service expertise
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and enhance operational efficiency
