Job Summary

A company is looking for a Teaming Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with field sales leadership to develop strategies for boosting productivity and capacity for financial advisors and teams
• Provide unified coaching and support to financial advisors, focusing on growth strategies and business objectives
• Develop and deliver training programs and workshops on leadership, team management, and financial advisory best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience coaching financial advisors
• Experience in practice management with advanced teaming structures
• Proficiency in content creation, facilitation, and utilizing internal sales advice platforms
• Prior experience leading sales groups or financial advisors preferred
