Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tech Business Operations Partner to drive operational excellence and support business management functions within the Technology division.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leaders to execute organizational strategies and manage technology initiatives
- Oversee business reviews and employee engagement activities to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage special projects and programs, ensuring successful outcomes and process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 10 years of experience in business operations, executive office functions, or program/project management
- Advanced degree in business or communications preferred
- Experience implementing large-scale initiatives or operational transformations
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Office, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel
