Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead, Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team to enable engineers and data scientists to focus on developing interventions for cancer patients
• Collaborate with tech leadership and product teams to understand business goals and operational needs
• Contribute to building developer-friendly APIs, infrastructure-as-code, and platform features

Required Qualifications:

• Experience leading high-performing teams and coding in Python or similar languages
• Proficiency in managing infrastructure in AWS using Terraform and familiarity with Kubernetes
• Understanding of web application deployment, monitoring, and scaling
• Security mindset with the ability to reason about security implications of changes
• Commitment to inclusivity and building an inclusive culture within the team
