Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Lead, Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a point of contact for technical support escalations related to the EDGE VMS product line
  • Contribute to the knowledge base articles and technical notes to improve future problem resolution efficiency
  • Become a subject matter expert in specific product and system areas

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years of software engineering and/or technical support experience
  • Strong knowledge of application server and database technologies
  • Strong knowledge of networking and analysis tools
  • Ability to quickly learn and master new technologies
