Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tech Lead, Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for technical support escalations related to the EDGE VMS product line
- Contribute to the knowledge base articles and technical notes to improve future problem resolution efficiency
- Become a subject matter expert in specific product and system areas
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of software engineering and/or technical support experience
- Strong knowledge of application server and database technologies
- Strong knowledge of networking and analysis tools
- Ability to quickly learn and master new technologies
