Tech Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Operations Engineer for North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for the North American region, collaborating with the UK Tech Operations team
• Automate IT processes and manage the technical build-out of new offices
• Shape the direction of Tech Operations as the company scales globally

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Operations, DevOps-adjacent, or IT Engineering roles
• Automation-first mindset with experience managing configuration at scale for macOS
• Expertise with Mobile Device Management tooling (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Fleet)
• Experience with SAML, SCIM, OIDC, and Identity Access Management (Okta, Google Workspace)
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) with a proven track record of automating IT tasks
