- Perform Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting and customer service for users
- Document issues and solutions thoroughly in a help desk environment
- Train junior technical staff in established processes and procedures
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Associate's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in a help desk environment
- Ability to learn quickly
