Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Support Analyst to provide technical support and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting and customer service for users
  • Document issues and solutions thoroughly in a help desk environment
  • Train junior technical staff in established processes and procedures

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required
  • Associate's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in a help desk environment
  • Ability to learn quickly
