Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Tech Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to products and provide timely solutions
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide technical assistance
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated customer issues
Required Qualifications:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. Degree in Telecommunications or related field
- Experience in customer-facing roles and managing relationships
- Practical knowledge of network protocols, optical technology, and Infinera products
- Experience with Linux operating systems and scripting languages
- Familiarity with network management tools and systems
