Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Tech Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to products and provide timely solutions
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide technical assistance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated customer issues

Required Qualifications:
  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. Degree in Telecommunications or related field
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and managing relationships
  • Practical knowledge of network protocols, optical technology, and Infinera products
  • Experience with Linux operating systems and scripting languages
  • Familiarity with network management tools and systems
