Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager, Reagent Services for the Central US territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and product/service advice to customers and generate price quotes for project design
- Analyze customer needs and resolve technical issues, advising on additional services and product solutions
- Maintain communication with customers and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sustainable growth
Required Qualifications:
- PhD in a relevant life science discipline, such as cell biology, immunology, molecular biology, or peptide therapeutics
- Customer-centered and proactive/action-oriented approach
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
