Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to support its largest and most complex users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a gold standard experience to assigned accounts' key stakeholders
  • Foster long-term user relationships and implement operational solutions across various subjects
  • Lead user-facing meetings and create user-facing content for long-term solutions

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level client-facing work
  • Strong product sense and ability to solve complex user-related problems
  • Familiarity with APIs and ability to explain API concepts to technical customers
  • Familiarity with SQL and experience with technical troubleshooting
  • Adept client relationship management skills and ability to engage in business-level conversations
