Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to support its largest and most complex users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a gold standard experience to assigned accounts' key stakeholders
- Foster long-term user relationships and implement operational solutions across various subjects
- Lead user-facing meetings and create user-facing content for long-term solutions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level client-facing work
- Strong product sense and ability to solve complex user-related problems
- Familiarity with APIs and ability to explain API concepts to technical customers
- Familiarity with SQL and experience with technical troubleshooting
- Adept client relationship management skills and ability to engage in business-level conversations
