Job Summary

Serving as the main technical point of contact for a dedicated book of business, the full-time Technical Account Manager will troubleshoot campaign performance issues, monitor pacing and delivery, and ensure the proper functioning of tracking codes while working remotely or in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Investigate and troubleshoot campaign performance issues, including discrepancies and delivery problems
  • Monitor pacing and delivery to ensure campaigns meet budget and client goals
  • Support knowledge sharing and best practices within the Technical Account Management team
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with 3+ years in a Technical Account Manager or Campaign Manager role in digital advertising
  • Hands-on experience with demand-side platforms such as The Trade Desk or Google DV360
  • Familiarity with product feeds and proficiency in data interpretation using Microsoft Excel or data analysis tools
  • Experience with Google Analytics and the ability to configure and interpret data at a high level
  • Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, or Python is a plus
