Technical Consultant

Job Summary

Acting as a trusted technical advisor, the full-time remote Technical Consultant will design and deploy advanced solutions, manage complex integrations and migrations, and enhance customer productivity through strategic consultation and hands-on implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to identify integration requirements and design structured solution architectures
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex integrations, including building automated workflows and managing data migrations
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer sessions for stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Implementation, or a related role
• Proven track record in delivering complex SaaS implementation projects involving enterprise integrations
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms such as Workato, TIBCO, or MuleSoft
• Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, JSON, and OAuth2 authentication
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages like Python or JavaScript for data transformation tasks
