Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Coordinator for Call Center Onboarding/Offboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing initiation, monitoring, and upkeep of equipment and system access requests for new associates
  • Supporting new employees in achieving a successful onboarding experience
  • Managing and streamlining onboarding/offboarding processes efficiently

Required Qualifications:
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 3+ years of experience in an IT role
  • Diligence and organizational skills to manage multiple onboarding processes
  • High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)
