A company is looking for a Technical Coordinator for Call Center Onboarding/Offboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing initiation, monitoring, and upkeep of equipment and system access requests for new associates
- Supporting new employees in achieving a successful onboarding experience
- Managing and streamlining onboarding/offboarding processes efficiently
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 3+ years of experience in an IT role
- Diligence and organizational skills to manage multiple onboarding processes
- High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)
