Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Customer Care Representative I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle routine customer questions and technical support issues related to product usage
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Dealertrack solutions and products
  • Log customer information accurately in the CRM ticketing system and adhere to service level agreements

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Less than 2 years of experience in a customer-oriented role
  • Flexibility to work any shift during business hours, including weekends
  • Knowledge of various computer applications, including MS Office
  • Ability to type 40+ WPM
