Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Customer Care Representative I.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle routine customer questions and technical support issues related to product usage
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of Dealertrack solutions and products
- Log customer information accurately in the CRM ticketing system and adhere to service level agreements
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Less than 2 years of experience in a customer-oriented role
- Flexibility to work any shift during business hours, including weekends
- Knowledge of various computer applications, including MS Office
- Ability to type 40+ WPM
