Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Technical Customer Service Representative in Brighton.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing a blend of customer service as well as technical and product support
- Supporting product offerings including web- based simulations, online learning tools and tutorials
- Provide website support including helping people navigate the website to search for products, build course packs, etc
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to work from home on Sundays; onsite Monday-Thursday each week
- Bachelor’ s Degree
- 1 year prior client service experience in a technical customer service role
- Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with web collaboration tools, ticketing systems and/or learning management platforms
