- Manage external vendors to produce high-quality learning materials in various formats
- Plan and execute enablement projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical enablement, product training, or a related role
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product departments
- Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in vendor management for content creation
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
