A company is looking for a Technical Implementation Manager to support the deployment and scale of their platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate seamless customer transitions from Sales to Technical Onboarding and configuration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and monitor customer onboarding processes
- Translate client business requirements into specific systems and application designs
Required Qualifications
- Experience in technical customer onboarding
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and help desk platforms
- Understanding of Cyber Security and cyber best practices
- Ability to manage tickets and customer documentation within platforms like Confluence and Salesforce
- U.S. citizenship due to government contract requirements
