  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and monitor customer onboarding processes
  • Translate client business requirements into specific systems and application designs

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in technical customer onboarding
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and help desk platforms
  • Understanding of Cyber Security and cyber best practices
  • Ability to manage tickets and customer documentation within platforms like Confluence and Salesforce
  • U.S. citizenship due to government contract requirements
