Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Technical Operations Manager, this role will manage the intersection of IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure for a healthcare tech platform, ensuring reliability, compliance, and security while leveraging AI tools in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the reliability and scalability of AWS-native infrastructure, driving CI/CD maturity and incident response processes
- Lead security compliance initiatives, managing policies, risk assessments, and audit readiness for a HIPAA- and CMS-regulated platform
- Build and lead a high-leverage team, partnering with engineering and product teams on shared infrastructure needs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, or security leadership roles, with at least 2 years of managing teams or cross-functional initiatives
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services, including IAM, networking, and serverless technologies
- Direct experience with security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and HIPAA
