Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead and manage complex system-based projects involving hardware and software components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of technical programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget
- Manage integration of software on hardware platforms and oversee hardware and software deliverables
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and senior executives, providing regular project updates
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management focused on embedded systems
- Proficiency in Miro for visual management and Jira for Agile project management
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, risk management, and budget planning
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Gemba and Kaizen
