Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-team initiatives in a fast-moving, AI-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and execute large-scale technical programs across Data, AI/ML, SWE, and Ops teams
• Ensure alignment among stakeholders from technical and business functions on scope, goals, and deliverables
• Drive progress across multiple workstreams, removing blockers and ensuring timely delivery

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, JIRA, and collaboration tools
• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into execution plans
• Experience in ServiceNow or enterprise IT operations environments is desirable
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a track record of delivering results
